I’m pleased to announce that I’ll have a new drawing in Fresh Honey (a non-themed group show) at The Hive Gallery & Studios in Los Angeles next month. The opening reception is June 4th from 8 – 11 pm and there are three exhibitions opening that night. more info on Facebook: “Retrovision 3” + “Rising Stars of LA”+ Hive Film Night- Opening June 4th

The LA County Fair ends May 30th which means this is the last chance to see the mural I created in front of the Flower & Garden Pavillion. I’m on YouTube now. I have been for a long time, but I actually started a channel for uploading art videos, and uploaded a time-lapse video of drawing last week.

I’m working on my second upload now, which should be posted today, tomorrow, or the next day. I’m hoping to post about one video per week, sometimes older drawings, sometimes brand new things.

Sunday, August 25th I’m inviting collectors, artists and friends to join me in an afternoon of food, drink, friends, and art. Work from 20+ years will be on view and available for purchase: prints, drawings, sketchbooks, paintings, mixed media. The event is at a private location in Claremont, CA. I really mean to post more here, so today I’ll add a recently completed drawing: ink and colored pencil on mat board, approximately 5×6″

Also I’m working on a large painting for an upcoming exhibition whose deadline in now only a few days away. Hoping I can work on it for another 10 -20 hours this weekend. It’s gotten to the point where I’m working on it in 15-20 minute intervals any time that I can. I’ll post more about that when it’s complete.
