I’m on YouTube now. I have been for a long time, but I actually started a channel for uploading art videos, and uploaded a time-lapse video of drawing last week.
I’m working on my second upload now, which should be posted today, tomorrow, or the next day. I’m hoping to post about one video per week, sometimes older drawings, sometimes brand new things.

Most of February and some of March I was recovering from a bicycle accident at home. I did some digital drawing, but wasn’t too motivated to create anything except healed bones (a broken pelvis is quite excruciating!)
I drew this pill bottle using a graphics-tablet and Adobe Illustrator, my left hand pinky finger was broken and made drawing on paper difficult. The bottle was filled with heavy pain meds, which made it hard to think straight, but definitely helped manage the pain. I’m better now, and recovered just in time to be told to stay home due to the global pandemic 😕
Now I’m slowly getting back to drawing, some paper, some digital, and am looking forward to sharing more soon. Please check out and follow my other social media sites if you haven’t already:

Sunday, August 25th I’m inviting collectors, artists and friends to join me in an afternoon of food, drink, friends, and art. Work from 20+ years will be on view and available for purchase: prints, drawings, sketchbooks, paintings, mixed media. The event is at a private location in Claremont, CA. I’m also looking forward to hosting a Sunday afternoon soiree later in August for friends and collectors. I have so many paintings, prints and drawings that are currently in storage – I’d rather have them get out into the world. I’m picturing a small gathering with mimosas, fresh produce from the farmer’s market, conversation, maybe some music and a lot of art. If you’re interested in attending please email me.
Last week while doing dishes I sliced between my pinky and ring fingers of my right hand pretty deep. It’s been bandaged and healing but for a bit it was very frustrating to draw. This drawing was a bit painful to create and I think expresses some of the pain and frustration.
