I decided to leave my camera at home this time, as I already have plenty of photos of Chicago.
Here are a few of the highlights from my trip:
Tonight I’m going to Chicago… and of course, work today will be frantic. Right after work I’ll be installing some paintings, and then racing to the Metrolink station.
Tonight, after work I’m going to see Geoge Clinton with Parliment/Funkadelic . . . I can’t wait.
Last night spirits howled through the autumn wind.
About seven of the paintings that I had been painting for months are now complete, leaving about six more that are still in progress. Hopefully sometime this weekend I’ll purchase some lumber, borrow a chop saw, build stretchers, and stretch canvas…I’d like to paint some smaller paintings next.
I’ve been painting the same paintings for months now –
can’t wait to stretch some new canvas.
This weekend I’ll have a studio clearance sale,
to make room for new things.
