wow. I almost forgot about this blog… I recently resumed painting, after about a month of not painting, which was quite painful. Its like hanging out with a good friend you haven’t seen in a long time. Currently four of my paintings are on MTV’s the Real World San Diego… they’re hung in the house. I was never really a big fan of the show, but it turns out to be quite fascinating from a media manipulative way – the editing and all, who’s in charge?

back at work after about 10 days off – almost forgot how to do my job.
I’ll be sending some paintings off to New York as soon as I can find packing material. I was hoping to send four small paintings, but I’m still working on them so instead I’ll send three larger paintings which are complete.
Circle Thirteen, the independent art/writing zine I was working on, is complete. I mailed a bundle of them out a few days back.
Began working on nine new paintings a couple days ago, all began with different shades of blue.
